After a misunderstanding with a different equipment rental company I did what I should have done in the first place, called United Rentals. Christy made sure that I got the right piece of equipment. It was delivered on time and in perfect working condition. Scheduling the pick up was quick and easy. Definitely recommend United Rentals in Jackson, TN.
