United Rentals is great and my preferred company for equipment rentals. Having an account with UR since 2008 I have always had excellent service from most branches within Texas, be it Rafael Dominguez in the Houston flooring dept. to everyone at the Texas City branch. The portable toilet dept. is abysmal. Charity Cryer - Branch 49D gave me one of the worst customer service experiences I have had to date. They just placed a few of these Reliable Onsite Services portable toilets at one the IAH Bush Airport and they are FILTHY. No toilet paper, they smell, they aren't checked everyday like the ones that were here before they came. And they are placed too close together, and there is no handicap version like the last company had for the elderly and handicapped. Very disappointed.
