I have used this company several times , the first time they broke several of the hood screens while cleaning and when it was brought to their attention , they did nothing I decided to give them another chance , people make mistakes right ? We had a couple good experiences with them after that , however this last time it was a train wreck . Shorted out a light in the return air system , knocked out the propane and we're unable to relight all the pilots .
