I tried to call the owner for estimate price then he behaves very rudely. I never recommend those type of people who even don’t know how to talk with customer. Zero rating 👎🏻

I Had a problem detected with my alarm system (Non Emergency), which was first prioritized through a phone call. They were helpful, and corrected the issue in a timely manner. Overall I was very satisfied with how they handled my issue. 4 & 1/2 Stars.
I’ve had nes alarm now for 6 years and customer service and product is amazing. Would give it more stars if it was an option.
NES technicians are amazing Professional Their camera and alarm system is fantastic
