It was my first every class. Instructor was amazing and understanding, fellow attendants were encouraging. It was definitely a challenge, in a good way!
Coach Cody has clear expectations. Class design was significant. Staying in moderate zone until the last set was challenging and rewarding. Incredible workout. Heart rate monitor indicates effective impact of training design. Well done!
