Had my first facial today with Neroli. They took the time to ask what my concerns were and then created a facial to match my concern. Over the years I've had many facials from different level of spas. This was one of the best ones. I plan to get monthly facials from Neroli. The owner, Sohalia, is medically qualified, knowledgeable about her services and extremely friendly.

First off, the staff here are very kind I am only reviewing the laser hair removal services. When getting hair removal at Neroli I told the staff that I have had hair removal before and so my settings may need to be higher than a first timer. After the first visit I did not see any results and told the staff this on my second visit. They said it was because I had hair removal in the past and so results are less after you do it several times. The second time around I didn't see any results again. There are lots of medical spas to choose from that it can be overwhelming but if you want someone who is completely transparent, honest and works in the best interest of their clients, this is it!!! The cleanest spa, the nicest staff, the absolute best facials and treatments. When you walk in, everyone is so personable and inviting. Makes you feel at ease and comfortable. Trust me and trust her high reviews, you will not be disappointed.
