I had a headspa scalp massage done here. My technician, Rachel, was very attentive and paid attention to detail. She even finger-coiled my hair. For curly hair, they shampooed and massaged the scalp, then rinsed and conditioned the ends. After they applied a hair mask, which was left for 15 minutes, they rinsed it out and applied an aftercare cream. She fingered my curls and lightly blow-dried them until they were damp. very relaxing

Had my first facial today with Neroli. They took the time to ask what my concerns were and then created a facial to match my concern. Over the years I've had many facials from different level of spas. This was one of the best ones. I plan to get monthly facials from Neroli. The owner, Sohalia, is medically qualified, knowledgeable about her services and extremely friendly.
