I found out through an email that my nurse practitioner has recently left this office. What I find frustrating is that there is no one at the Regina office to answer questions. I went ahead and phoned Saskatoon to get information on how to transfer my records as it appears there is no nurse practitioner available at this clinic seeing patients. I won't be returning to this clinic.
After many tries to make an appointment both by phone and numerous times on your website I thought it was time to write a review about this situation. It is impossible to make an appointment with you. Could someone please reply to this review so I can make an appointment. Thank you Wendy
To Lisa, your "clinic" is a money grab facility. I am glad GPS are starting to diagnose adhd. My child had an initial appt for $$$ was told yes def adhd, fill out thesr forms etc etc for your next appt that will cost $$$. Waited "too long" to book next appt and was told needed to come back for another initial appt for $$$. MONEY GRAB.
I would have loved to see a specialist due to years of mental struggles, but when I call during business hours, I only get an answering machine that asks me to call back later. When I tried to book online, I found that it only allows appointments for the next month, which appears to be fully booked, with a message saying to check back later. It took me a very long time to write this review. I had to process what happened. I sent my nephew to see Lisa for help at the end of 2022. He had been diagnosed with ADHD as a young child, has had some bad parenting and experiences in life, has a drug addiction and problems with adjusting to life and work. He had been dealt some bad cards in life and in his 30's it was getting worse, but he really wanted help.
