I'm lucky to have found her. When my eyes started to get blurry at around age 30, i figured it was time to find an eye doctor. Being a novice, I assumed an eye appointment would be a basic eye exam and then i'd be shown the door.....and i couldn't have been more wrong here. Dr. Gendy is the best! I've been a patient for over a decade. Dr. Gendy is extremely informative taking the time to educate patients on different conditions and treatment options. Additionally she makes herself available for emergency eye needs, which has helped me more than a few times over the years. Highly recommend!

It was such appalling behavior from someone in the medical profession to turn away a patient after having the gall to have my parents sit in the waiting area 15 minutes past my father's scheduled eye appointment, leaving no explanation or apology to excuse her unprofessionalism. This is inexcusable behavior from someone working in the public eye, especially in the medical field. That is why her ratings are so low.
