Never available and such long wait times to get an appointment
Dr Sihly is thorough and kind and is the only reason this facility gets a 2. Could’ve been a 5 if it wasn’t for their staff. Who ever “Danny” is, needs to stop working in a customer service capacity with that attitude. No reason for her to keep someone on hold for 10 min to get back on the phone to put them back on hold. I will not be returning to this faculty and will be changing my PCP!
