I had a 9:45 appointment. I arrived a bit early and waited. It was already past 10 when they gave me a reason for the delay. I understood and agreed to wait, thinking they would come shortly. They kept saying “just two more minutes, three more minutes,” but I ended up waiting over an hour — and still, no one came. Everyone has things to do; making someone wait this long is really unacceptable. If others want to keep waiting, that’s up to them.
