I had a 9:45 appointment. I arrived a bit early and waited. It was already past 10 when they gave me a reason for the delay. I understood and agreed to wait, thinking they would come shortly. They kept saying “just two more minutes, three more minutes,” but I ended up waiting over an hour — and still, no one came. Everyone has things to do; making someone wait this long is really unacceptable. If others want to keep waiting, that’s up to them.

Extremely disorganized and rude/disrespectful of my time. I scheduled a Telehealth appointment to go over recent blood work - I joined 15 mins early, sat there for 25 mins before calling the office. They put me on hold then told me that he is in a locked room “doing Telehealth's.” I asked to reschedule and they gave a time then said “but he might call you earlier so just answer.” I joined again 15 mins early - this time, I waited 45 mins before calling the office.
