Great gym, friendly staff and good equipment
I joined this gym about 7 weeks ago, I've been to a fair few gyms in MK and never lasted more than 3 weeks! I can honestly say this is the best gym I have ever been to!!! Very welcoming, gym is not intimidating, I'm never really waiting to get on equipment and plenty of parking. The package I pay a month is total worth it, I feel supported, enjoy the workouts and I love going there! Luke and Ethan are great If you are looking for a gym, this is it!!!
I have recently joined this gym and I really enjoy coming here. The personal training sessions are great because the trainers are so friendly and helpful. They guide me to use equipment and machines that I wouldn’t have felt confident with if I was to exercise on my own. Using the Boditrax to educate me about my own body really motivates me to keep coming to the gym. This is the best gym I’ve been to!
