Dr. Nereida Abreu is a caring doctor. Unfortunately I constantly have to call my health insurance ask to the details and referrals. Staff at Michigan Ave are rude and incompetent. Sad for us patients who depend on quality service. Living in constante pain is miserable. Next time I will call Davita customer service.
