Amazing service! Brought my computer in on Friday and it was all done to pick up on Monday! They figured out what they needed to fix and only charged me the diagnosis fee because it was a quick fix! 10/10, definitely coming back if something happens in the future.

I needed help in RE-Connecting my home office network. HP Machines and Microsoft operating system - nothing out of the ordinary. The tech was here for a little over an hour and NOT A SINGLE THING changed. He said he had never seen our router before?? It's a Sagecom from Frontier Fios which had just been replaced a few months ago with another Sagecom router. I had a horrible experience with NerdsToGo Plano! I engaged them to get a new P.C. set up and have the data transferred from the prior P.C. to the new one. At the moment, after having paid NerdsToGo over $700, my new P.C. is essentially a $1200 paper weight. It started with the pricing information I was told over the phone. A NerdsToGo employee told me that the price to have this done in my home, was $270, flat rate, as long as I had less than 500 GB on my P.C. That pricing was wrong.
