So disappointed with my experience this morning - Showed up at scheduled appt time and was told it would be 90 mins. Came back 90 mins later and they hadn't even started yet. I specifically asked when booking the appt to be first of the day as I have work after. The guy on the front desk was disgustingly rude, didn't even have the courtesy to look at me when telling me and continued typing and not even an apology. Would never recommend!
Great experience. Great price. One of my back tyres popped after a dodgy repair done by another shop, I just so happened to be nearby Nerang Tyre & Mechanical at the time. I was met at the front by a lovely young man named Toby, who I found to be kind, helpful and compassionate. The boys got the job done really quickly for me and I was on my way within no time. Highly recommend these guys, as a women especially, best experience I have had with a tyre shop to date. 5 stars!
