Bought a robotic pool cleaner, friendly service but when I rang back questioning why it wasn't catching all the leaves it sucked through she turned nasty and told me it couldn't be doing that and it wasn't her problem and this is after taking it into the ashmore store and the owner telling me that he didn't know much about them.
