Michael agreed to come in early to provide service for our car with nothing but a good attitude and warm welcome. Gave us specific and clear instructions for when to checkup again and what he was going to change and all the details for the payment. Very nice and very well organsied.

Don't let his age fool you, he clearly has a lot of experience and handles everything with care and confidence. He explains things patiently and never tries to upsell unnecessary work. Honest, efficient, and reliable.
