I had a similar experience with Rhonda as a previous patient did shown in the reviews. She talks over you and does not listen to a word you say, very condescending. Not the sort of person to be dealing with the public let alone a receptionist in a medical practice
I have been with medical staff for yrs I have never changed my doctors and I will continue to keep them as my favourite doctors they are also have medical practice in palm beach and yes Nerang they are Awesome
I went there to get my vaccinations done and both the doctors and front staff are amazing . Lia is so fab and she extremely comforted me while I was getting my vaccine done .Seriously it’s the best practice in Nerang .
A fabulous experience. Efficient and friendly staff. Highly recommend.
