Dreadful experience for my elderly mother. Second visit pointing out the caravan wiring diagram requiring a thicker cable and circuit breaker on the tow vehicle which was ignored on the first visit. Just collected again and no Circuit breaker fitted. Completely ignorant and defensive. Avoid at all costs.
