Interior Air con fan shaft repaired at cost of $270,broke 3 to400km later failed motor,cost of new fan and motor $220 at dealer,took me 10min to replace myself,high price no result,option were not given ,i would have gone new!!advise to go elswhere,my 2000 km drive was not nice without air,fixed in s.a.by me
Disappointed with this service and customer service. Rude bloke at the counter just looked at me when I walked in to get my daughter's car looked at he put his head straight back onto the book he was reading. Rang the day before to explain what the issue was he then spoke to me asking what's the problem as he said someone had deleted the information supplied. Deeply Disappointed with Workmanship & Accountability. We booked our Triton into Nerang Auto Electrical & Batteries for what should have been a straightforward job: repairing a rear diff lock cable. But take our experience as a cautionary tale. Following the rear diff cable being repaired, we received a call to inform us the job was complete - however the diff had become engaged and could no longer be disengaged — an issue that did not exist prior to their work. Rude complacency at it finest via phone call... No help, rude, unable to even understand who answered the phone...they sound so unhappy to help or even talk.......wow 😲 Especially from valued customers!!!! Get customer service training it not hard to be kind and professional now... Seems to be ALOT of deflection when reading reviews...let's see what they come back with professionally! With this one...if at all. I DO NOT recommend at all basically.
