Company is sinking fast! Basically they repair laser printers but the units are getting so cheap and easy to fix, contracted repair is almost needless is this day and age. They also have useless innovations such as the Aurora server led temperature strip which is probably the biggest waste of time and money I've ever seen. I worked here for a few years and it was the worst job I've ever had. There's no privacy whatsoever and they offer very little pay by comparison. My experience has been nothing but a nightmare. I was hired to do service for them in Buffalo NY for one of their customers. I did the repair and submitted all paper work that was requested for the job. here today December 12, 2014 and 128 days after completing the repair I still have not received payment. I have emailed and called numerous times with not one response. No one will tell me why I have stopped in the customers I serviced and the machine has been working flawless.
