We found Neptune’s Water Gardens online. It says that they were open so we drove out almost half an hour to check out their store. Even though there are pictures online showing a store, when we got there there was no store in sight. We tried to call them and the number called some random person. If your going to have information online saying your open you should be open. If you have contact information, it should be accurate. Overall, just disappointed.
This seems more like a hobby for someone than a business. Very unprofessional. Upate on work done. After some scheduling glitches, my project is done and I am satisfied with the work done. I loved that my estimate was adjusted to reflect the actual materials used. Better communication led to satisfaction.
