Family owned independent Swimming Pool Retail and Service company operating in the Moreton Shire since 1996. We cater for all aspects of pool care including water testing, new equipment sales & service, spare parts, infield service, regular pool servicing, green pool cleanups, pre-purchase inspections. We also have a fully equipped electrical workshop to manage all pool equipment repairs efficiently and safely.

Worst customer service and treatment I have ever experienced. The old lady with the curly hair should not be allowed to serve people. I rang and spoke to the company director to complain and unfortunately received no apology or sympathy for her treatment. I will never recommend this business as they have zero customer focus and clearly believe disrespecting customers is perfectly normal and acceptable. If I could give the morayfield store less than one star, I would. Go anywhere else. You cannot go lower than this store.
Great customer service which to me is very important
Interesting to read the reviews of this business as I have experienced the same over the last few years. We all have bad days from time to time but not every time you go there … unbelievable to say the least. I think giving one star is one too many to be honest. I’ve been in this area for 28 years and would like to be loyal to Neptunes Morayfield…but the ladies I’ve dealt with every time are very arrogant and abrupt, sorry for the review but fortunately there are better options. A positive is I got the part I needed.
