Staff where helpful and where able to direct us to one of their other stores. Unfortunately they didn't have what we needed as they are only a small store
Wife went in to pick up a skimmer basket for me and was told “we usually only sell to people that come here to get there water tested”. They had what i needed in stock so i thought id go and buy it from them. Will be the last time i ever buy anything from this business if you want real customer service where you feel welcome head over to brisbane pool care at Bellmere or North lakes you will be greated with a smile and not some old bag with a face like a half sucked mango
Definitely not surprised with your poor reviews. Totally feel for you Andrew, Kathy, Brett & Tony. Today the old bag that served me literally couldn’t take 2 steps in my direction to assist me to get the correct part for my pool pump - told me that’s not right - this is wrong - talked down to me like I was stupid. Worst customer service and treatment I have ever experienced. The old lady with the curly hair should not be allowed to serve people. I rang and spoke to the company director to complain and unfortunately received no apology or sympathy for her treatment. I will never recommend this business as they have zero customer focus and clearly believe disrespecting customers is perfectly normal and acceptable. If I could give the morayfield store less than one star, I would. Go anywhere else. You cannot go lower than this store.
