We cater for all aspects of pool care including water testing, new equipment sales & service, spare parts, infield service, regular pool servicing, green pool cleanups, pre-purchase inspections. Evan, who says he is the manager, said he would not do my water test because it was done last week. Now I have done what they told me to do last week . But my pool is still not clear. Today will be the last time that I purchase anything from this store. The staff attendant is unfriendly and not helpful at all. It’s not the first time that this employee has been rude to me but it will be the last.
Terrible experience. I went in for a water test and the guy was rude and abrupt. I tried to talk to him about the issues I was having with the pool and he was dismissive and very unhelpful. I won't go back.
