Good blokes, straight forward and reasonable prices. Replaced an existing cheap crappy product I had on a purchased property with a quality system made in Australia. Helpful as I have not owned a pool before.
I had my pool filter canister leaking, Neptune Pools Kallangur sent out Mark their pool technician who diagnosed this hair line crack at the top of the canister . He was back two days later with the replacement and had to change piping to fit it and install the new canister. He then went through all the procedures regard the pool pump etc and best settings. What a guy great service and I learnt so much more about my pool and settings. Highly recommended.

Took a dead Dolphin pool cleaner into Neptunes yesterday morning. Very happy with advice and recommendations given and cleaner repaired within an hour for a quarter of the price of a replacement. Thank you so much
