I had my pool filter canister leaking, Neptune Pools Kallangur sent our Mark their pool technician who diagnosed this hair line crack at the top of the canister . He was back two days later with replacement and had to change piping to fit it and install the new canister. He then went through all the procedures regard the pool pump etc and best settings. What a guy great service and I learnt so much more about my pool and settings. Highly recommended.
Took a dead Dolphin pool cleaner into Neptunes yesterday morning. Very happy with advice and recommendations given and cleaner repaired within an hour for a quarter of the price of a replacement. Thank you so much

This is the shop you have to go to if you need your pool maintenance done. Neptune does work really well at a reasonable price or even cheaper. Just look for TOM.
