Had a gentleman come and replace some parts on my water meter for Epcor. It was super simple booking process, work was done quickly. Friendly tech, overall great experience
Neptune's scheduling process was extremely frustrating. I specifically requested a 30-minute advance call during the booking process, but a broad half-day window was provided without any follow-up calls. I was only 10 minutes away from home during a winter storm when I received a last-minute call from the female technician who refused to wait. Neptune should prioritize customer needs, improve its scheduling and communication practices, and train its technicians to prioritize customer service over personal gain.

We have scheduled the water meter appointment 3 times for the tech to come. First time he was late, second time showed for an hour and a half and didn’t do a thing, third time they didn’t show up.
