The staff were compassionate and supportive and the operation seems to be efficient. Responses are timely and helpful.
Neptune Society was very helpful and supportive after mom's passing. They also called and txtd to see how i and my family were doing. The only reason I give 4 stars is the length of time it took to get mom's ashes back was 33days. We were told 15 to 20 days. There is much paperwork that has to go between the doctor, the county and the city of Santa Rosa. My mom did not want any services but I can imagine how difficult it would be for families that are trying to set up a service for their loved one and have to wait more than ... read more
