I have reached out to the Neptune society directly so many times, and they still have yet to return my loved ones remains. It has been over 3 months since my loved ones death and the Neptune society has still not returned his ashes to our family. I have provided all payment and paperwork required. Multiple requests have been made. I've been told multiple times that they would be mailed. I still have not received them I have inquired on their website about filing an official complaint, and received no response to that either.... read more
Neptune Society has been in business as long as I can remember. In fact, I didn't know there were others! The service provided, when needed, is outstanding and the guaranteed price is very reasonable, and the sales person who visited me was extremely polite, personable, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and even explained items I hadn't thought of.
The Neptune Society rep was kind, knowledgeable, and informative. She made a rather difficult but necessary chore pleasant.
