They were exceptionally professional from the whole process of my mother, passing away. We didn’t have to worry about a thing and they took care of all of the arrangements. This made it so much easier to help my dad with losing his wife and to have the time to mourn as a family. Thank you Neptune Society for taking great care of Mom and us during this difficult time.

My wife passed away at the end of June and the Santa Rosa office handled all the details, including sending me a a beautiful urn with her remains. We plan to scatter her ashes at sea while onboard a cruise and needed a biodegradable urn. I contacted the Santa Rosa office and spoke with Michelle Hester, the service manager, and explained my need for the urn.
