Neptune Society was very helpful while carrying out the final arrangements for my husband. They were professional and caring and I felt like he was in good hands. There were a lot of options for urns and containers as well as memorial pieces to remember him by. We had a lot of questions and they answered every single one of them. They were a comfort and made an already difficult process a bit easier.

We had arranged for another cremation service (name of a flower) for my fiance's planned passing at home. We sent in the necessary documents and my credit card days in advance. Once my fiance passed, we called the service and was told they would not be picking him up and to call someone else. OMG WHAT??? Well, you can imagine the absolute shock and dismay.
