I had to take a moment to write a review after the amazing experience I had with this organization. We dealt with Ms. Hall. Not only was she VERY efficient, she had a very calming and professional demeanor. It is very important to deal with someone such as this. Her service to our family was unparalleled. During the hardest time of our lives, I’m so grateful I made the right choice and decision by turning to Jordana in the Neptune Society here in CA. I highly recommend her and this wonderful company. Wow, I’m so grateful… we had a mix up with a different company coming and picking up my mother when she passed, thinking it was Neptune Society. Then this company wanted to charge us for the pick up fee of $700. Neptune society realized this confusion, and comp’d us the $700 to pick her up. Truly unbelievable service. So grateful for them. Truly outstanding service.
