Losing a loved one is never easy, but having a team like Neptune Society made all the difference. I’m so grateful for their guidance and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy service.

My husband and I were treated very well at the Chico Neptune Society office. I felt the personal care from Christy. Having very recently watched a friend in the hospital die, see their spouse pull out a well known card, and have everything taken care of with no additional stress, i felt like that was the best thing to do. The fact that there's a travel package so that if I am in another country, I know that my body will be sent to the states and neptune will take over after that, is very reassuring.

Thankfully, we had set up our final wishes with the Neptune Society of Chico last June. Just recently my dad passed. I made one phone call and they took care of the rest. This process was very smooth and the ladies were wonderful and compassionate. I highly recommend calling the Neptune Society to set up your wishes, this will help your family deal with your transition In a much easier way.

My experience with the Neptune Society was wonderful and they were so very respectful. They were there for me in answering questions and helping me maneuver all the details and steps for the cremation process. They made me feel like they sincerely cared how I was doing and offered lots of support.
