Thankfully, we had set up our final wishes with the Neptune Society of Chico last June. Just recently my dad passed. I made one phone call and they took care of the rest. This process was very smooth and the ladies were wonderful and compassionate. I highly recommend calling the Neptune Society to set up your wishes, this will help your family deal with your transition In a much easier way.
My experience with the Neptune Society was wonderful and they were so very respectful. They were there for me in answering questions and helping me maneuver all the details and steps for the cremation process. They made me feel like they sincerely cared how I was doing and offered lots of support.

My mother passed away about a month ago and I contacted The Neptune Society after reading other positive reviews. Margaret and her office staff were wonderful and handled everything so compassionately and professionally. The transport staff were particularly well-trained and appropriately respectful. In one of the hardest moments of my life, they made it a little easier and I'd recommend them to anyone.
