I would highly recommend the Neptune Society if you are looking for a good experience at a hard time. I talked with Saraya several times to finalize the details of my husband’s cremation. She was kind, compassionate and understanding at a time I needed that kindness and understanding.

The team at Neptune Society in Chico were all so wonderful, kind, professional and respectful. Everyone, from the very courteous young men who came to pick mom's body up, to Saraya in the office, was of the highest caliber. I have been spreading the word about how easy you all made a difficult process. We all felt very supported and cared for. Thank you, Cinzia and Family

Honestly at first service was decent until my aunt actually died it took a while for them to answer I understand it was during the night, but still definitely stressful considering took 3 callers and NOW I’d never in my life after a family member passed treat someone the way they’ve treated my grandma paying and getting her sister. They were adamant about payment which I understand but the pushing was ridiculous. My parents purchased Neptune's services many years ago in preparation for their deaths. My 97 year old father passed this month, leaving my 98 year old mother. Margaret from Neptune Chico took our hands and guided us through this good-bye to our father, advising on steps required and choices to be made. This enabled our mother and family to remain calm and move forward peacefully. We highly recommend Neptune Chico and pre-planning for the inevitable.
