I had a very easy experience with Trident Society in CA when my stepdad passed. I had an equally easy experience when my mother passed in central Ohio. Neptune stepped in and took over everything that needed to be done. They were very professional. These experiences led to my decision to pre-arrange my cremation for my family.
I was not familiar with the Neptune Society before having to make the call on behalf of my father. Ashley and her team were wonderful! They made the entire process easy—especially for someone living out of state. During a time of family turmoil, it was so nice to have this part of the process simply taken care of—with great professionalism and understanding. Thank you so very much!
The Neptune Society was very caring and helped me out greatly when my brother passed away. They took care of everything and followed up to see how I was weeks later.
