Neptune Skin Care / Jeska is the best! I followed her from her Oakland salon to her current location in San Rafael and gladly make the trek across the bridge once a month. She gives fantastic advice on skin care and the facials themselves are so relaxing. Her "magic fingers" give the best face massages!
