These are the folks you want on your team. I had a major dry rot/fungus/merule issue in my home, and after a failed attempt to have our contractor fix it, we called Neptune. They found the water source and pointed out several issues with how it had previously been dealt with. They recommended a great contractor they work with closely who is also extremely knowledgeable. Don’t mess around with fungus, call the experts
I wish I could give zero stars. Be careful!!! Normally, I only leave five-star reviews when I have a great experience — but this one was the exact opposite, and I feel obligated to warn others. Alfonso got my contact information from a roofer and called me multiple times offering a free inspection. I finally agreed. When he came by, he looked around and told me there was no problem with my house — which is fine, that’s what the inspection is for. But then he turned around and asked me for gas money. I cannot believe what a find this company has been to me and my situation!! It's a long story of how my manager won't fix the mold issues..And.
