The work was fine but I never received a receipt. I’m trying to get reimbursed for the service and have been following up with the team for the past 5 days without a response — for a receipt! Not sure if I would recommend, considering basic business practices (providing a receipt, responding to customer requests after the service is complete) don’t seem to be followed. Alfonso and Jesse are very professional and fast on responding emergency situations. They came out quickly and found out hidden water leaks which was very important for preventing further damages. Right after that, they set up the fans immediately to dry the floor. I really appreciate their great services. Alfonso is very good at numbers, and knowledgable with the science of drying the wood floor. They are a very good team you can trust. They are polite, hardworking and professional.
Alfonso was great to work with! My business suffered an unexpected water leak that needed attention to prevent further water damage issues. Alfonso was able to stop in soon after I called him and he assessed the issue. After breaking down what would need to be done, he immediately set up all the equipment needed to dry out the affected areas. He stopped in each day to check on the progress and made sure to contact me whenever he was on his way. Overall, great service, great communication, great experience. Highly recommend!
These guys are great to work with - hard working, prompt, polite, knowledgeable. They showed up right away when I called, gave an estimate including a floor plan, answered all my questions, did a thorough job and left my house clean and dry. Very professional and a pleasure to work with!
