Building a pool is not for the weak. It’s a tough process with a lot of things that can go wrong, with a lot of different types of skilled labor necessary to work as a unit in a certain scheduled sequence. My experience with Neptune was not perfect, but I imagine that goes with all pool builders. But they were open to making adjustments, open to input, and open to teaching me what I did not know about pool construction and maintenance. Neptune pools did a great job constructing and startup on our pool. Their maintenance group is also awesome and do a great job.

We had a really great experience with Neptune. Our path to building a pool was a long and complicated one and the people at Neptune (Chad, Jacob, Kevin) hung in, and worked with us the whole way through. Their communication was honest, organized, direct and they had excellent follow through. The project was well executed and on-time from beginning to end. They also stayed in communication post project as well. If you are planning on building a pool in the Portland metro area Neptune is a great company.
