Simply WOW! I’m so happy I found this family owned pool store! They are incredibly easy to work with - the owner fixed my pool pump right in front of me and only charged for the parts. I will be coming only here from now on!!
Recently became a big fan when I walked in a couple months ago with a multiport valve that had a cracked proprietary union bolt, and the owner not only didn't sell me another one he took 20 minutes to fix it saving me easy 4 to 500. Prices are always comparable to bigger stores.. but the service is Top notch even worth a small premium and family run.
THE BEST Pool store! I have been going to Neptune pool‘s for 30 years, It is owned by an amazing family that is always very helpful and professional. Over the years, Harry has given me excellent advice on New liners, filters ,pumps,pool heater,ECT. When I call him from home with a problem with the pool, he says send me a picture and shows me how to repair it by myself, I test my water every two weeks and it’s always Crystal clear and never a problem. All my neighbors use them also would never go anywhere else.
