Service? They refused service as i lived in a downtown condo. They first said it was because trucks were too big to go into parkades and parking issues. I reassured them there is free loading zone parking for contractors right outside my patio. Then second excuse was it was too scary to drive downtown (what??) even though my condo location is super easy to access in and out without traffic.
