I had Logan visit my house today to put in a New Hot Water Tank. He also took care of my sinks as well with drainage issues . He was very informative and friendly and did a great job . He made some other recommendations for things I didnt know that should be replaced . Thank you Logan Thank you Neptume for hiring good people and your service :)

We have been "Diamond Club" members for a number of years (^ years probably, now) and we have our primary house plus two rental homes that are covered by this. Neptune has always been SUPER polite and courteous, as well as right on time when they give you the "arrival window"! They provide a layman's person explanation of what is going on with the plumbing or furnace and have never tried to upsell me on anything that I didn't think I really needed! Thanks Neptune....

Mike arrived right on time and assessed the problem. We needed a part he didn’t have on his truck so immediately searched one out and went to get it. While in the basement he noticed that our water softener was low on salt so went to the garage to get more and dumped it in for me…he went above and beyond!

Less than 12 hours to my possession date some plumbing issue occurred at 2 am in the morning!!!! I think I needed someone from planet Neptune! to come and save the day. everything clean, fast, hustle free. I was working on my project and the problem was solved. Highly recommend them. Toseland Wright, was my correspondent... thumbs up
