We are very happy with the new HVAC system Neptune HVAC Service LLC installed for us. Jason was excellent with explaining all our options and took extra time to go over certain features of the different models of the systems that helped us pick the best model for our needs. The installation went smoothly, the guys were friendly, courteous and cleaned up afterwards. They took the time to go over the new iComfort thermostat and answered all our questions. We would definitely recommend them!
When our air conditioner failed, I contacted Neptune HVAC Service at nine in the morning, and same-day service was planned. They let me know when the tech will be out along the road. Mike was really kind and informed. He made a swift diagnosis, placed the part order, and fixed the issue the same day. We are delighted and heartily endorse this business. The customer service rep is fantastic and gives prompt responses. Honest and trustworthy company!
For a while, I lived with fans and space heaters since I didn't think anybody would come to my aid. Great experience and the group of guys that came were awesome and very professional. We asked the tech to come back and replace a couple of toilets and again, great experience. He’s incredibly efficient and explains what needs to be done. We highly recommend this company! Thank you!
