Our experience with Neptune has been disappointing due to ongoing delays and poor communication. A recent example includes my wait of a week for a DocuSign link that wasn’t sent. When it finally arrived, the version was wrong—though it was quickly fixed, it still wasted time. Now we’re facing another two-week delay for drafting because they need to remove a wall due to a legislative regulation, which is also holding up the final tile quote. From the very beginning, the communication was nothing short of professional. Building a house from interstate presented its challenges, but the entire Neptune (Triton Project) team exceeded our expectations with their exceptional professionalism. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Michael, Greg, Amy, Morgan, and Kate for bringing our dream home to life. Even my independent building inspector commended the quality of the finishing.

Highly recommend Neptune for building your house. As a first time home owner getting a custom built house, there has been a lot of decision making and every step in this journey was new and could be quite overwhelming.
