Stay away! Do not use Neptune homes! I would strongly advise anyone considering building with Neptune Homes to think very carefully. From the start at sales to colour selection to the final build, they have gotten what we requested wrong. We signed plans specifying a 16kw aircon unit that we had asked for and was quoted on and then they turned around and said because it wasn’t in the specifications contract that meant nothing and then charged us to upgrade, when it was signed of from both parties to start with. Our experience with Neptune has been extremely disappointing from start to finish, and I would strongly advise others to avoid building with them. We encountered multiple issues from construction stage to post-handover. Defects rectified after the 12-month inspection have reappeared at the same location within two months—while Neptune’s maintenance team was still attending to other defects.
