Customer service might be good but the person who does the jobs for Neptune Homes aren’t the best. Painting, plastering, building, plumbing, drainage and more. You name it - had issues. Some of them got fixed and some they didn’t care.
I had an amazing experience with Neptune Home, especially working with Janise AU at Rochedale Display Home. Her service was truly top-notch — professional, patient, and always willing to offer constructive advice throughout the entire process. The quality of the build was excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable given the standard of service and materials provided. We are in the process of buying a house built by neptune homes in 2023, and have been notified by the building inspector that the insulation in the ceiling have been moved around and the original owners of the house have told us that no one other than neptune home builders have accessed the ceiling. We emailed and called neptune homes about this to simply ASK for professional advice on if we can move the insulation back without there being a safety concern (photos attached) and they told us they would get back to me in 1-2 d... read more
I want to give zero star if I can. Once the house building works are completed, they will start to ignore the emails even though I keep following up several times. New house should have 12 months non structural warranty. After I follow up many times still fail to get update and repairs. I have to lodge complaint to QBCC and then they start to fix the defects.
