Great experience for finalising your new home
Stay away! Do not use Neptune homes! I would strongly advise anyone considering building with Neptune Homes to think very carefully. From the start at sales to colour selection to the final build, they have gotten what we requested wrong. We signed plans specifying a 16kw aircon unit that we had asked for and was quoted on and then they turned around and said because it wasn’t in the specifications contract that meant nothing and then charged us to upgrade, when it was signed of from both parties to start with.
