Our experience with Neptune has been extremely disappointing from start to finish, and I would strongly advise others to avoid building with them. We encountered multiple construction issues, the most significant being that the slab was uneven and ponded water. This defect caused the upstairs rooms and downstairs dining area to be out of level. We had our third-party report completed and submitted, but were told that the company couldn’t rely on it — after we had already waited 12 months for the work to be fixed. During this time, we had to constantly chase Neptune for updates, with very poor communication throughout the process. It’s now coming up to three years, and despite having managers visit our property twice, our garage still hasn’t been fixed.
