This was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like I was inconveniencing them rather than being a paying guest. The front desk employees were consistently rude, dismissive, and acted as though they were doing me a favor simply by checking me in. Customer service is virtually nonexistent. Llegamos sábado 6 a las 6:00pm la salida era domingo 11:00 am pero yo pagué para salir a las 4:00pm desde las once hasta las doce me tocaron la puerta cuatro veces que ya era hora del checkout y a todooosss les expliqué que mi salida era a las cuatro en fin no me dejaron descansar me moleste y a las 12:05 dejé la habitación, perdiendo mi dinero pero preferí mi tranquilidad porque me tenían harta tocando mi puerta, NO vuelvo a hospedarme en este hotel

Lo único bueno es la ubicación. 1-No hay donde dejar el carro sin que te llamen a la grúa 2- no te aclaran que (No hay devoluciones) 3- las habitaciones pésimas de limpieza.
