Mom and I came here for first time experience floating. Had an appointment, did all of our homework, watched their online video, read all information, etc. We showed up about 20 minutes before our appointment. The website said to arrive about 15 minutes early, so we walked in 20 minutes early and said we were a bit early. Valerie said right away very quickly you are about “20-25 minutes early, by the time I get it ready from the last person, etc”. It's a shame it will be closing their doors soon.
This was a great experience! I was on vacation in Steamboat and this was my first time floating, I actually went back for a second session during the trip, it was that good. Aside from the floating itself, Neptune was very clean and the atmosphere was great. If I lived there I would be a regular.
