My father received such wonderful care at Neptune Gardens! The entire staff were always kind, considerate, and professional. They treated my dad with respect and I truly considered them part of our family. I would highly recommend Neptune Gardens if you are considering the tough decision to place your loved one in a nursing home.

I have been a Resident here at Neptune Gardens since April of this year and although I never finished becoming a nurse I had the experience of working for a doctor and I was certified in the state of Florida as a nursing assistant but what I have witnessed here in my stay in this out - dated Nursing Home which is by far below par in my opinion ! I had the pleasure of spending one month here for subacute treatment. It was the worst experience I've ever had. The place is dirty. You have to fight to get your medication on time or two even take a shower on one of the two days they'll let you shower. Two days!? The shower is a single large shower in a room that people can just walk into. I felt dirty just stepping into it. The nurses are the rudest people I've ever met aside Dottie the cleaning woman. I arrived at this place unable to walk or take care of myself. After three weeks I was walking and slowly able to take care of myself more and more. This alone makes Neptune Gardens worthy of 5 stars. But when you add the great people who work there that truely care like Donna, Gloria, Lisa and the Administrator Dave, it Deserves more then 5 stars. And I feel bad for just naming 4 because there are many more. This place and the people here will always have a special place in my heart!
