I was sent home from another practice with instructions to attempt to complete the glasses fitting myself after my fearful 3 year old had a meltdown at their office, leaving me close to a meltdown myself. I decided to try 1 more practice and Lisa assured me she wouldn’t send us away to figure it out ourselves. Lisa is AMAZING with kids and was able to complete the measurements without a meltdown from either of us. 😅 We are ao appreciative of her patience and kindness. Can’t recommend this place enough!
This was my first time as a patient with Neptune. I am very particular when it comes to who I choose as a provider in terms of healthcare. I can't say enough good things about my superb experience here!! The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Dr. Neptune diagnosed my glaucoma and sent me to a specialist ASAP. He is always very thorough! I appreciate him very much!
