Older Gentlemen on the desk super unhelpful said everybody was busy, which is not lads fault.was a cash in hand job to strip some parts he said they were all too busy today was a five minute job they were not busy. They were all having a chat in middle of yard which is fair enough but the guy was just not wanting to be helpful as soon as I walked in.

Awful customer service. I only asked if they had parts for the side door of my car and they responded with “nope it’s too high up” and then hung up! No apology just sheer rudeness! If you’re looking for small parts from here don’t bother.
Helpful and good prices, cheaper than buying online. I would definitely recommend. They take card payments but there was an issue with the card machine, luckily I had cash too, so maybe plan to take cash if you go just incase.
