Their horrible!!! They called me when I was on my way for an emergency visit with my crying cat in the car to tell me not to bring him in. Cause they spoke with GSV cause I told them I brought my cat to them a long time ago for similar reasons so apparently they called GSV and discussed my financials instead of the care of my cat. cause GSV told them they haven't seen them since 2011 and I owe them a bill! which GSV did eventually get paid cause they froze my bank account and took their money and GSV and Neptune have no idea... read more

Excellent team Excellent care for your pet! I've been bringing my cat to Dr. Lorenzo for 20 years, and yes she is 20 years old this month, in fact! They have treated her with kindness and respect through all stages of her life offering both medical and natural choices to keep her happy and comfortable. My two 7 year old boys are now also clients of the Doc and thriving! Now open up this page so I can post some photos of our girl, Anna, at 20 years old, please!
