Dr. Levin visited us at the hospital when our twins were born to do a checkup. More than 15 years later we have 4 kids that are his patients. Dr. Levin and his staff have been awesome. From infant to young adult, they help with all the small issues that come up (and understand how busy life is for parents) and also help navigate the more complex problems that arise when raising kids. Wholistic and professional approach combined with "our family doctor" accessibility.

So I too had issues with nurse Ellie and chose to stick to Dr Levin and nurse Ashley. Ellie has since left the practice and I will tell you that other than that person, everyone else is super caring, considerate, and they really get to know your family. I would not recommend this practice. They charged $425 for a FLU test and $400 for a strep test and claimed they purchased a special machine that gives more accurate results. Because insurance didn’t pay for it all, I was on the hook for over $200 that I could’ve gotten probably for free if I just went to urgent care. These tests weren’t necessary and I wasn’t given the option to get one without the “special equipment”. If they test 100 kids through one flu season they’re making $40k on JUST testing. How much can a machine c... read more

They get to know my son. For example, they know my son loves trucks and usually put him in the exam room with cars & trucks wallpaper. They're easy to get in touch with when we have urgent and non-urgent medical questions. It's also been very easy for us to get last minute medical appointments when my son needs to be seen as soon as possible (and does not warrant a trip to the emergency room). The team is always friendly and caring.
