I also had a good experience here. The receptionist was very professional. The billing was handled very well. My (son's) appointments were on time. In total it took about six months to get the entire process completed and to get a Neuropsychological report about 2-3 weeks after that.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I utilize this practice back when I lived in Massachusetts and was undergoing neuropsychological evaluation. I had to reschedule my testing appointment one time because I was incredibly sick with the coronavirus. Moved to a different state so I canceled my reschedule and tried to seek out a provider in the state that I had moved to My doctor told me I was better off, trying to go back and evaluation there. So I got a call from this place trying to book an appointment for my elderly father as I was in the process of making the appointment. I brought it to the person to whom I was speaking with on the phone that my father may need an interpreter. She told me that they do not provide interpreters in which I totally understood and told him that it’s ok and he will go forward without one, and then the whole conversation changed the original woman I was speaking with put her Manager on the phone , then she began to tell me that they... read more
