Great dentist. Funny and informative and has been fair. Had a filling come out twice and him and the staff made every effort to see me. Leslie at the front desk is a absolute gem as well. Highly recommend.
#1..At my last exam I was told by a staff member that Dr. Nepo does not have the proper equipment for patients who need a real deep teeth cleaning. #2...That appointment was in April...so my next appt. should have been six months later in October. Just called today, Dec. 27th, to ask why I wasn't notified over 2 months ago for my Oct. exam. Was told by receptionist that ALL the postcards sent out for ALL October appointments "had been lost". Yeah. Sure.
Dr. Nepo is friendly and gives a thorough examination. All of the hygienists that have worked with my family have been friendly and professional. Leslie is the best. She is always helpful and accommodating with scheduling my family.
