Absolutely rude, incompetent, arrogant staff over the phone!
I just had my first appointment here and it was extremely uncomfortable. The doctor did not listen or believe what I was saying about how I was feeling and told me if I was so exhausted then I just needed to get more sleep. The wait time was fast and scheduling was easy, but I looked at my paperwork at my SSN was incorrect, my address was incorrect, they were spelling my name differently on all the forms. It was very unorganized. I am not returning and will be going to a different doctor go forward.
Worse experience I have ever had with a Doctors office trying to get a script taken care of . It took forever to get it sent to Giant Eagle and now that they did , the script is not right. Spoke with Matt 1 hour ago he said that he would call right then and get it fixed. Giant Eagle just sent me a text saying that problem with script, so I called Giant Eagle and of course Matt Never called. SHOCKING!!! I would not advise this practice to anyone, very incompetent Staff and not friendly at all.
I was kinda scared to give this place a try based on the tons of negative reviews, I should of just trusted the reviews, the dr I saw was a nurse practitioner Linda michalski, she was a class A narcissistic know it all , had zero interest in listening to my concerns , also this is the age of knowledge, meaning the internet has put endless amounts of information at our finger tips if we choose to do the homework, Linda adamantly gave me advice that is outdated by 15 years at least, I can not stress enough , steer clear of thi... read more
