Such a bad experience starting with the lady in customer service, she was very rude when I asked questions ( I am the one who should be upset about the delay in processing my paperwork). I dont know why she is working at customer service.They lost my application that it was send almost 2 months ago. I have to resend it and now I am stock with my almost due date for my certification to expire. Such a shame.
Such a bad customer service from this organization that is suppose to serve the community. The AANP and AACN are better organizations for its members. Such a bad phone experience with Maria on the phone. NNCC you could do better.
