My referral was sent since May, we are heading into August and each time I've called, no answer, I got 1 answer, she transfered me to VM, I left one, NEVER got a call back, I've been still calling not leaving a VM because at this point I need to actually talk to a person. This is just BS!
Rude office manager! They seem to have a HIGH opinion of themselves.. They called NUMEROUS times day before appt to change appt, to possibly setup a SAME DAY lab visit. They CANCELLED appt and told me to go to ALBQ for my Doctor needs.. Glad I dodged that bullet..
I have received top notch care here.
