incredibly rude when answering the phone/scheduling. What a horrible patient care standard, makes one wonder if the doctors they employ are even capable of caring for a human being. They were sent a referral months ago, claimed they did not receive it, the fax machine might not work. They have no ability to empathize or understand that a person might be scared and nervous dealing with chronic kidney disease and the issues that come with that diagnosis. My referral was sent since May, we are heading into August and each time I've called, no answer, I got 1 answer, she transfered me to VM, I left one, NEVER got a call back, I've been still calling not leaving a VM because at this point I need to actually talk to a person. This is just BS!
Rude office manager! They seem to have a HIGH opinion of themselves.. They called NUMEROUS times day before appt to change appt, to possibly setup a SAME DAY lab visit. They CANCELLED appt and told me to go to ALBQ for my Doctor needs.. Glad I dodged that bullet..
