Getting told to cough up hundreds despite having insurance. No one picks up the phone and mychart message replies just tell me to call. They are a detrimental to my health
Stay far away from this hospital. I had an angiogram done a week ago and the surgeon is refusing to update me on the results. I have issues with the incision, he had an admin call me back and say "he is not concerned" It is a hematoma where the incision was made on my artery. I had to go to the ER and get imaging done, Dr. could not be bothered. I am requesting my imaging and I am told they will not release my medical records, specifically imaging to me, because they don't know if I am who I say I am???? This is a nightmare ... read more
