After 3 attempts they finally called me back to argue with me that they had already returned my call. I asked them to repeat the phone that they dialed. It was not my phone number. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE. The employees NEVER call you back when you need to make an appointment. I have attempted to make an appointment 3 times leaving a voicemail with my phone number yet no returned call.
I am compelled to express my disappointment regarding the challenges I've faced in attempting to schedule an appointment with Dr. Sterrett. In the wake of my mother's emergency room visits, Urgent Care visits , as well as doctor visits for low sodium levels, her doctors and a Physicians Regional doctor strongly recommended consultation with a kidney specialist.
