DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE. The employees NEVER call you back when you need to make an appointment. I have attempted to make an appointment 3 times leaving a voicemail with my phone number yet no returned call.
I am compelled to express my disappointment regarding the challenges I've faced in attempting to schedule an appointment with Dr. Sterrett. In the wake of my mother's emergency room visits, Urgent Care visits , as well as doctor visits for low sodium levels, her doctors and a Physicians Regional doctor strongly recommended consultation with a kidney specialist. This man is a literal lifesaver. So knowledgeable and caring, he's simply the BEST.
Dr Sterrett is one of the the best and most thorough and kindest physicians I have ever seen. I have many friends who are local physicians and they all agree! After visiting another nephrologist and being told the outlook was grim, Dr. Sterrett saw me, and dis-agreed. Five years later my kidneys are healthy!
Dr Sterrett was very straight with his discussion. He took his time.
