Wizardry, plain and simple. Who ever you're using for electrician services, fire them and hire these guys. The big box stores are going to scare-tactic, nickel and dime, and waste your time 10 different ways. Josh was like an electrical bloodhound, like something out of a movie. He mentally dissected my house, diagnosed the issue, identified the short, and repaired it out the door in 30 minutes.
