Had a telemedicine appointment on Friday at 1:30. Called the office at 2 and was told no appointment was not scheduled. I have paperwork from their office regarding this appointment. They rescheduled for Monday and the same thing happened. Someone is not doing their job. I don’t think they deserve 1 star.
Very unprofessional. Long wait times. Overbooked and understaffed. Office looks very dirty.

Dr. Gayle is amazing. She is knowledgeable and just as much compassionate. She never makes you feel rushed, encouraging questions so you understand your current situation and prognosis. She also takes the time to work with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care. Will continue to recommend her to anyone requiring nephrology services.
